SELLING
What if my home has been listed for months?
A longer campaign calls for a fresh comparison with today’s alternatives.

Reset the evidence
Review new competing listings, completed sales, price adjustments and your own showing history. Compare like-for-like properties and investigate meaningful differences rather than relying on a general neighborhood average.
Listen to recurring feedback
One comment can be preference; recurring comments can reveal a gap between expectations and the experience. Document feedback about condition, layout, access and value, while recognizing that comments may not tell the entire story.
Choose the next experiment
Agree on a clear action and what evidence would count as progress. If several reductions have not changed activity, revisit positioning and presentation together with price instead of repeating the same move.
This is a starting point for a conversation. Property, financing, tax and legal details need individual review before you act.
How does this apply to you?
Tell Enrique what you’re considering. We can put the relevant options side by side and identify what needs to be confirmed.
